What if a portion of the top X CATs by market value were used to add liquidity on TibetSwap.

This should make Dexie Swap even more profitable for combined offers.

I don’t know what a good percentage should be, but maybe 20% of XCH divided as even as can be done over the top 5 CATs by market value?

Yes, allocating parts of the treasury for investments or liquidity, like on TibetSwap, is definitely on the roadmap. But we need better tooling first, like a proper multisig/treasury setup to manage those funds securely.
